Deep Healing and Spiritual Transformation Essentials, part II

You were born to reclaim being the Feminine creator of the deeply joyful, loving, fulfilling and meaningful life you most Desire.

Many women of a certain age, or from traditionally oriented homes, cultures and faith backgrounds are taught to give up their dreams, silence their voices, disconnect from their deep, and embodied desires, and to defer to boys, men and authority figures. Too often, we became disconnected from our bodies, our deep body-based intuition and spiritual connection and our Spiritual Feminine Power. Instead of being taught and encouraged to own and develop our innate spiritual power as women, and to be proactive, co-creative participants in life grounded in our women’s body-centered, intuitive and spiritual gifts, women have been taught to be reactive to the situations, events, circumstances and people around us and in our lives.

Many women also learn that to succeed in life, we must follow the common male pattern of the Hero’s Quest, pushing, driving and dominating others to achieve our goals. This pattern is particularly harmful for women, because women’s bodies are not created to tolerate living in the adrenalin cortisol hormonal cycle routinely. Living this way contributes to women becoming vulnerable to developing major illnesses. Living this way over time, women become deeply burned out physically, emotionally and spiritually. We begin to feel an aridity of Soul and body, that grows increasingly loud, letting us know something is deeply out of balance and in disharmony, and that something must change.

But what? And how?

Women deeply and urgently need to return to ourSelves, - to living in tune, harmony and balance with our women’s bodies and hormonal, cyclical natures, to listening to our bodies, to reclaiming, listening to and trusting our intuition and spiritual connection, and to reclaiming our voices and our deeply embodied Desires. We urgently need to exit the Hero’s Quest of pushing and driving our bodies, other people and the world around us to meet our goals and return to the deeper knowledge and practices within us of the Feminine Spiritual Path of creation.

What is Spiritual Life Coaching?

Spiritual Life Coaching is a guided process of self-inquiry and spiritually directed inner discovery focused to guide you to deepen your conscious connection with your whole True Self. This is foundational to returning to the Feminine Spiritual Path. Interwoven throughout all my work and programs, this spiritual mentoring is the second essential element of deep healing and spiritual transformation, in a crucial complementary partnership with Depth Energy Healing™. Through Spiritual Life Coaching you will be gently guided to connect with yourSelf in a deeper, essential way, with the Divine, and the Divine within you, anchored in your woman’s body, intuition and Inner Knowing. You will be guided to tune into and ground your sense of self in your eternal spiritual identity and remember that your earthly experiences are not your Essential Self, but rather experiences for your learning, growth and service for others. Spiritual mentoring in this way guides you in deepening your direct connection with your Soul, with the Divine within you, and the non-physical dimension wherein is the Source of Ultimate Being.

Through Spiritual Life Coaching, you will also begin learning the Universal Spiritual Laws of Life, a crucial step in learning to become the conscious co-creator of the Soul-satisfying life that creates the most joy, love, fulfillment and meaning for you.

Relearning is really a process of remembering, because in a dimension before this lifetime you knew this, and you knew the Universal Laws ~ on a Soul Level, you still do. Mastery includes remembering them in this lifetime and learning to consciously work with them in such a way that you become a conscious co-creator in the physical world. You cannot gain Mastery without being physically embodied. You need access to the “stuff” of creation ~ the physical world of the third dimension ~ in order to gain your Mastery.

Learning to live in harmony with the Universal Spiritual Laws in the physical world is central to this process and meta-purpose of your Heroine’s Journey. “Who Influences Your Work?”
There are many sources I have studied through the years. Those that have the most significant influence on my approach to both Depth Energy Healing™ and Spiritual Life Coaching include Carl Jung, and his work with the collective unconscious, working with “shadow” parts of ourselves for deeper healing, integration and insight, archetypes and dreamwork. I have studied Metaphysics from various sources. Jewish wisdom and Kabballah are the anchors I draw from most deeply; they are among the richest and deepest veins of esoteric knowledge, wisdom and power. The resources I draw from to teach the Universal Spiritual Laws of Life come from the teaching materials of Ranae Johnson, PhD, founder of the Rapid Eye Institute.

“Is this religion? Will you impose your religion on me?”

Spiritual Life Coaching is not religion. It is a process of guided self-inquiry, Self-discovery, and learning universal principles. The purpose of Spiritual Life Coaching is to assist women to deepen their own connection with themSelves, and the Divine, and learn how to reclaim and develop their own power for co-creation. The guru is within you, and Spiritual Life Coaching will help you connect with and trust this source of guidance, strength, insight and power.

Religions in general impose systems of dogma and doctrines that come from external, predominantly patriarchal sources. They often impose their adherence and conformity through various degrees and means of fear. Patriarchal religions disconnect women from themSelves and their embodied power and wisdom. Spiritual Life Coaching repudiates these things.

I do not impose my beliefs on clients. Clients are guided and supported to reconnect with the infinite Source within, and to think and discern for themselves.

“Is Spiritual Life Coaching the same as Christian Counseling?”
My understanding is that Christian Counseling is based of the premise of the Bible as the inerrant, literal word of God, as interpreted and taught by certain groups of evangelical and/or fundamentalist Christians. Christian Counseling also very often imposes a patriarchal, male-dominant worldview, orientation to living and relationships as taught be these kinds of churches.

Christian Counseling as just described is harmful to women, men and families. It is antithetical to everything I stand for, teach and facilitate for others.

My beliefs and values underlying Spiritual Life Coaching, are these:

Life and relationships are intended to be co-creative,
We have profound innate power within that we are here to rediscover, claim, and learn how to use with integrity and love,
All relationships that are lasting, healthy, life-affirming, growth-promoting, loving and real, are respectful collaborative partnerships between spiritual equals.

“I’m spiritual but not religious. Will this be a good fit for me?”

Throughout my life, I have always been a spiritual seeker. In my search, I have studied and taught spiritual principles of creation and First Cause for decades. These principles and knowledge in general are termed metaphysics. They are the study of first principles and higher laws dealing with Universal Truths, including the principles of Spiritual Creation. Gaining and applying this knowledge, we tap into the Source and power of creation, which always begins at the Spiritual Level.

Spiritual Life Coaching is a guided process I use to assist women to begin gaining this knowledge and using it, so they are empowered to not only heal but transform their lives and relationships. Through Spiritual Life Coaching, I guide clients to reclaim their Self-directed sovereignty and agency, deepening their co-creative power to create the lives they desire, which gives them the most meaning, joy, love and fulfillment.

As a Master Practitioner of Rapid Eye Technology, I have specifically studied and taught Universal Spiritual Laws since 2006.
